Marlene Walters Oil Painting

Marlene Friedman Walters graduated from Mills College with a B.A. in Art.  At Mills, she studied with prominent painters Ralph Ducasse, Russell T. Gordon and Elyn Zimmerman.

Marlene practiced graphic design for many years, specializing in a broad range of applications.

 She is the student of noted California plein air painter Wanda Westberg. 

Most of the oil paintings in these galleries are linen on birch boards.  A few are oil on stretched canvas.

Frames are custom-made white oak.

All dimensions are rounded to the nearest inch.
